1995 Z28 for $300 is it worth it..

1995 Z28 for $300 is it worth it.. Looked at the car today. It's a 95 z28 with a 94 LT1 in it (long story) and the problems are as listed.
- Power windows don't work neither do power locks (pretty sure it's the switches since the doors lock when you turn the key)
- Fuel pump won't prime (it did when we first turned the key but didn't anymore possibly the relay)
- Need's the fender as mentioned
- Front bumper need's paint from an accident
- Battery (of course it's been sitting for 2 years
)
The good
- The motor only has 100K on it
- Brand new set of Pirelli tires with only 2K on them.
- I'm pretty sure it doesn't have a head gasket problem. There is no coolant at all in the oil and it's been 3K on that oil change. He also said he assumes it's head gasket problem because it's mysteriously losing coolant. Aha! Possible water pump or maybe a cracked overflow tank?
- It's $300
For the little bit it did run It ran smooth and had good oil pressure
So what do you guys think? rent a U-Haul trailer for $50 and call it a day?
