Oil level sensor prob... This seems kinda silly but I ordered a custom oil pan from Steff's a while back. While it looks really great and I can't wait to install it, I forgot to discuss with them the stock oil level sensor fitting. Canton and Moroso make off the shelf pans for our cars that are bolt in which have the sensor bung. Being a custom pan maker, I suppose I should've asked Steff's about it. I'm in no way faulting Steffs, they are a custom race pan company.
Meanwhile, it's an aluminum pan. I know the thread is 20mm. Does anybody make a bolt on fitting like those trannny drain plug kits? Of course, it'll need to have the correct 20mm threads for the sensor.
I know, I could just eliminate it but I'd much rather still have the level sensor in use. Looking for any possibility or options here.
