lt1 headgasket i just bought a 97 t/a with a blown head gasket and was wondering how hard are they to change.there was no water in the oil so the bottom end is still good.i know i should change the cam while i have it apart and probably will do that what i want to know is can you pull the heads off and put them on with out pulling the motor i know it will be a pain in the a$$ but dont have time/room to pull the motor right now if i dont have to. any help and tips are greatly appreciated

yaeh was also planning on LT's. i pulled the intake and heads off my 93 bird before i found out i had more problems than just the top end (bent rod) so i pulled the rest of the motor just didnt know if there was enough room to put them back on like getting a torque wrench in there thanks. any tricks you know of or is it just pretty much go at it?
