I usually start with 30 cubic yards that should fill the car up.

Only real way would be to add a 50 pound bag to each side in the back although I do not think I would recommend this strategy. Better suspension components and tires will help you plant and launch better with less weight added. Although the sand would be quicker to install and cheaper.

My ballast is about 60 pounds of tools! Also easier to get out of the car when required.

HUH? I cut 1.4x 60fts with LCA's relo's and good tires. Why do you need weight?

I would give it a shot what do you have to lose. I would start with 20 lbs, and work my way up till i saw my mph start to decrease. Are you an auto or a stick, do you spin off the line?

How about you poke holes in the bag, and drill a hole so it emptys out by the end of the 1/4 lol

I would do at the most, two 50pounds each side...But I wouldnt do it if you stock weight...If you were lightend alot and you really need traction it would be a ok idea..

But sus peices is a better thing to do..

Get some used Lower control arms
