I dont get it..
It uses OBDI but it has OBD II plug from factory? hmm.. weird and confused.. I am looknig from ebay any chance to find that and is it an expensive stuff?
you can use an obd1 scanner you just have to jump the pins with a wire. check shbox.com for the diagram on which pins. 95 was a crossover year so they put the obd2 port but with an obd1 computer. ive heard some late 95s were obd2 but not sure.

AKM Cables
You can get the correct cable from AKM Cables and use a laptop to scan your car for codes.

i have a 95 TA ..but its not that its obd 2 with obd1 ECM .....it depends on if its early 95 or late....if it is a late the u will need the GM 1 connector if u use a snap on scanner...wich will read it just fine...but like my TA its OBD 2 all the way.....and i use the obd 2 connector with my snap on scanner....but i just bought a new GENESIS SCANNER wich is prompted more towards the GM products..but is universal non-the less....is it a obd 2 or obd 1 DLC???
