supercharger for a 383 stroker

supercharger for a 383 stroker i recently installed a 383 stroker in my 1994 camaro, when i was doing s, like an idiot, i oopted to go with the hyperauctic pistons from speed pro instead of forged, now im running into a problem.......there is a sweet deal on a supercharger and i have the money, its a powerdyne with 9lbs of boost and im worry about blowing a piston, 
need some input!!!!! do you think it will hold up?
