4inch hood is straight up hillbilly, and no thats not true! You can run a lid setup still. Who cares if it rubs the hood a little b it

Ill be the 1st one to say this, put a min amount into your car.....

Dont blow all your cash, in the long run you will regret it like we all do

well i want to just be able to bolt in the ls1 radiator cover and lid without moving anything. so itll be all straightfoward.

ive seen the 4", all it does is give a nice look to the front end rather than the baldnedd of the stock hood

Buy capital appreciation stock and make 13% return on your money every year. Within 5 years, buy an SL500

4inch hoods are for cars with different custom intake manifolds, or carb setups and somthing that needs alot of room to be there.

Having a bolton car, with a 4inch hood is so tacky....

well i need something to clear the lid, and to put something on the hood rather than the barren paint. im looking for the 3" cowl. the SS hood is ok to me, but i dont know if i want that. i see plenty of 4" cowl LS1s and LT1s, so i dont see where the probelm is.

im not gonna be putting the whole 1000 into the car per month, its just a figure i had in mind.

i know a rear end is also gonna be in line soon too.
