car wont run right

car wont run right My 96 lt1 has no throttle response and no power. there is a hole in the intake manifold directly below the throttle body. if anyone could tell me what this hole is or if anyone has any suggestions on why the car wont run. i would appreciate it.

Here is a mod list: CC306 cam, 30# injectors, long tube headers, Manual steering, ac delete, smog delete, the exhaust is open at the moment but the O2s are in, mail order tune, underdrive pullies. can anyone tell me if my injectors are too big??
