The size of the EGR Nuts is 12mm I believe, real close to that.

My adjustment to the factory one..this one you can remove 1 Head at a time without a problem. That and it is alot easier to work with in my opinion. I paid about $20 for all of it, and it goes right along the Intake to the Radiator, TB Bypass done.

Not if they are operating properly. However, the EGR does not function properly when a larger cam is used.

Oil Pressure Sender, sends the reading to the Gauge. '93 and part of '94 have them near the Oil Filter if I am not mistaken..

Is is possible to do this with the intake on the car? It looks like a major pain in the a$$. Makes me just want to get emissions-equipped headers.

Those block-off plate are a piece of cake to put on. It took me no more then 10 mins to take off the hose and valve; and then put on the plates. The hardest part of the delete was trying to sell my EGR valve on ebay.

Some States check to make sure that you have it there, and don't actually Emissions test it. Depends where I get stationed wether I have to bolt it back on there just for looks.

in theory...you COULD bolt the valve over the plate and just not hook the thing up to pass a visual inspection.

Yea, that is why I made mine out of thin steel, just incase I have to do that. If everything goes right, that Engine won't be in that car much longer..
