stock build and a mod build i just inherated a 93 z28 for free....to go along with my 95 ta....
the 93 is ok the odo read 199xxx so she needs a rebuild im guessin...haha..but yea...im goin to pull. the engine outa the 93 z28 and build a lil 355 and hopfully get close to 350-380 hp and im goin to pull the engine outa my TA and rebuild it to a bone stock enigne...and put it in storage at my shop and keep it for a rainy day.....
so my question is what all need to be done to my stock motor build as in should i just replace piston, rods, rings, all gaskets of course, bearings ....what else should be on my list........
and for my mod motor im just goin 30 over with stock stroke....so im goin to keep the stock crank and have it machined but would it be ok to run the stock rods to...or should i go ahead and get new rods.....and of course new pistons and i have a cam already...its a 232/236 571/574 109lsa ....but yea...im new to the rebuilding of the lts but i would love some help and maybe some pricing...think ya
