damn...those numbers do seem a little high, no offense. I have almost the same mods, minus the 9" and the TB...from the research ive done ill be happy with 375rwhp...if I get those kind of numbers from the 503 i'll be ecstatic!!! nice #'s though man, lets see some track vids!

I'll have to agree that the numbers seem high...Dyno Jet or Mustang Dyno? It really doesn't matter...If the tune is right you're good to go at the track..Regardless of the actual numbers the curves look great...Nice, flat torque and a nice power curve...Looks like lots of area under both curves which should make for a fun car to drive...Your trap speed will tell the story...Good luck with everything...

these are dynojet #'s.. maybe there's a difference? IDK... every other car that day seemed spot-on with what it should be putting down...
I really don't understand why people pick this to death as being a bunch of BS... you all act like the S.A.E. set a standard for what a car should run, given a specific dyno# and track time/mph...
the tolerances from track to track from the grade it is on, is relatively close, but the Altitude/temperature for each is VASTLY different.. being as I live in the coal-fields, I would assume I have some sort of Alititude handicap compared to most of you out west or down south.
not to mention, LIKE I SAID: I don't beat the hell out of my car going down the track like some might, it's not worth it to me to break something JUST to pick up a tenth here, or a mph there.. maybe I'm not as hard-core about drag racing as the rest of you..
anyway... we'll see what it runs like at the track. on the street, I've walked a couple other lt1's that trapped 116 or 117 in the 1/4, even from a roll. call it amazing, or call it BS, but I'll show whatever time slip I get, regardless of what upset it may be...
honestly, thanks for all the criticism all of you have replied with, makes me REALLY excited to get this bird to the track...

oh yeah... I forgot to mention... my comp 503 is run with a set of 1.6:1 rockers too. I really believe that has a lot to do with the torque that it makes (which could possibly lead to the HP as well)
would these numbers make more sense with the added lift and short duration increase with a 1.6:1 rocker?

I ran Comp ProMag 1.6's with my cc503, also trapped 89 mph in the 1/8 through an automatic for that matter. Sorry dude, just not seeing 400 rwhp.
Even correction wouldn't make up for the difference IMO.

hahaha... why would I spray something like that JUST to get a good number? if that's the case, explain to me how the torque curve looks the way it does... I sure as hell wasn't spraying the car from 2k rpm-up, and there would DEFINATELY be a spike in the numbers somewhere if I started the pull then sprayed on it.
I applaud your creative thoughts as to why the numbers are high, but get real, I'd have to put something like a 35shot on the car to get any kind of number that wouldn't blow it WAY out of proportion...
track times will tell the truth.. just wait my friends..

Good numbers Robert...you only have a couple of weeks to wait until the shootout and then you will have proof. You should have waited and came to the dyno day this Saturday...

Icould see thoughs numbers. my car is stock besides full exhaust and im putting down over three hundred HP, its not always how much you have done, its what is done and working in sink. with a good tune and perfect head cam setup, you never know.
