do a search.

There is a thread with every question about seafoam you could think of in it.

But yeah unless you poured it in with the engine off then I don't see how you created a problem.

ps. your name stinks. lol

Because its a HUGE vacuum leak. when you pull it off cover it halfway with your thumb itl'l help it idle.

So it runs?

The car should start to idle high when you pull off the brake booster line. Not die.

Unless you are plugging the whole with your thumb or something.

Different cars react differently. If you have a MAF it tends to die when you pull it off (except on more modern computers they tend to compensate). older cars with a MAF the MAF is like a carburetor, any air that gets in behind them causes it to run lean. Plugging the brake booster line with your thumb should NEVER cause a car to die. If it does then your brake booster is on its way out.

When I did it, my car would idle very low and try to die. When I started adding sea foam, it kept the rpms high. When I was reading about it, it should be the other way around (high idle, low idle when filling sea foam).
Taking the line off will give you a massive leak, but it should still run. BTW, you need to give it gas when starting the car with the line off. If your car will not run, then I think you have a vacuum leak to begin with. Therefore, when you take off the brake booster line, it is WAY too low and cannot idle.
