first time removing my main caps and i forgot to remember the order they were in. i had taken a picture of the motor in the engine stand and this is the best i could come up with number wise in order. from front of motor numbers go 795,787,805,788,. is this correct? 94 z28 LT1

 

Take them to your machine shop they can straighten them out for you when they do the rest. (Should not require machining unless you had prior problems)

 

See if they have the numbers 2,3 and 4 stamped on them...mine did.....

 

what year is yours? i don't think there was any other numbers?

 

I had one out of a '96 and a '94 and both were numbered on the #2,3 and 4 caps.

 

man i had to look very close but i saw the numbers and i did have them installed back on correctly . thanks
