I took all of them off my 95 with no problems at all. I guess it just depends but for insurance you use some liquid wrench or similar. Take make sure you take your time if they don't feel like there going to give don't force it

Just take your time and hopefully you won't run into what I did. All of mine backed out very easy except the driver's side rear bolt. It was like it was heat welded on and deformed to were I couldn't get a good bite on it. I had to grind of the head of the bolt then slide the manifold off the remaining bolt. Then I was able to back the bolt out with a stud puller. Main thing...don't bust a bolt off in the head!
