missing at part throttle?????

OK my car was running great for 3mos and then it set unchanged for about 3mos's now car runs good when its cold but after driving about a mile or so it starts missing real bad at part throttle like 2k to 3k RPMs and when i gas it it goes nowhere just spits and miss's and backfires sometimes, but if i flash the conveter a few times and gas it it seems to run ok???? It has a GMPP Opti on it (been on for about 3k miles) new coil, I have not had it tuned yet but it ran great before it set. I did find a broken wire on one of the O2 sensors and rewried the hole sensor. Then sensor was pretty black. Any ideas??? Im just not wanting to put another opti on is why im asking i guess....

take it from me who has been chasing the same problems for the last month, go buy two brand new ac delco/delphi oxygen sensors and it will run like a champ again
