Any TPI Gurus in the house?

Any TPI Gurus in the house? My tech here at work just rebuilt his '89 305, and it's pig rich on one bank, and running clean on the other- It has no low end power (obviously) but runs out well after 35 mph or so. Any suggestions? It's been 15 years since I even touched a TPI car, so I'm not much help.
