Default Needs for LT install, O2 ext.?

I'm finally lining up everything I need to order for my LT install I will be doing very soon and I was wondering how long my front O2 extensions need to be. 24" or 12"? I'm looking at thunder racing right now for these and they have 2 kinds, a square 4 pin and a flat 4 pin, how do I know which one is on a 96 LT1 uses without crawling under the car?

Also the Pacesetter headers im going with are the emissions equipped long tube headers, 1 3/4", ceramic coated. My question is does the pacesetter Y-pipe slide right onto these headers? Or do i need some kind of connecting hardware?

Thanks

I would get one 12" extension and one 24" extension. One side needs a little more length. It's the flat 4 pin connector.
Yes, the headers and y-pipe slip right together. The only hardware you need is clamps.

If you buy the pacesetter lt's, they come with wires and other crap so you can extend the O2's. You don't need to buy extensions unless you really want to.
