Default New dyno #'s with LE2 heads

First off this is on the stock 99K mile bottom end, stock waterpump, and heavy 17x11's with 315's with 26psi in the tires so its not a dyno queen. I'm still having the problem at 5800 RPM's. I'm starting to think its ignition related, any ideas? Other than that the car ran great on the dyno, the baseline was 391rwhp so I gained 14rwhp. I'm going to the track tomarrow so keep an eye out for that thread with track #'s. Anyway here's the graph.

http://i86.photobucket.com/albums/k1...24/LE2dyno.jpg

30rwhp gain with the heads. I wonder what it'll put down once I fix the topend problem.

Here's video of a few runs.

It's a custom cam I got from Bret before I got the LE2 heads, its between an LE1 and LE2 cam in size.

And how exactly is the torque curve worse than a stock tune? You might want to get a clue before you start spewing random BS. And I guess I was sopposed to majically know that I had a problem that caused a power dropoff uptop without getting it on the dyno too huh?

Well for starters here's a car dyno'd with a stock tune and the Tq curve seems to hold alittle more of a line. I am not trying to be rude or **** you off, just simply saying i wouldnt be happy with the tune. Your number should start off close very close to your peak and them slowly fall, instead your tq curve is flat then jumps to make a peak number and falls again.

Aftermarket cams don't stay flat, once they start scavenging the torque skyrockets.... It's not the tune, thats how the cams powerband is.

1/16th preload, and there is no miss, and the MAF reading goes crazy at 5800+ so that leads me to think it is valve float.

Nice #'s, is that your car? It looks like that dyno graph as the asme problem as mine just at 6000 instead of 5800. BTW my cam is abot 10 degrees smaller than an 847. That torque does make me jealous though, thats on a 355 right?

I just got back from the track, I went 12.09@118.11 in full street trim bogging to a 1.93 60'. I only got 2 runs in, it was PACKED.... I was hoping for 11's, but I can't complain with a 12.0 right out of the box.
