Idle issue

I am having idle problems with my 97 camaro lt1. I sorta think that there is a vacume leak but i looked everywhere and i cant find anything. When i am driveng and i put the clutch in the idle will drop fastly and then when i come to a stop it drops to about 500 for about 5 seconds then the idle goes back to 1000 like normal. Does anyone have any opinions to what this might be? I dont have any check engine light by the way so i know that the computer is not picking it up, but i am really thinking its a vaccume leak.
