Default Is this a big problem?

I got this set of heads the other day and found that one of the exhaust ports had this crack right on the flange. it looks like the header gasket will pretty much seal it off, but i don't want it to get much bigger or cause other problems. basically can I use the head like this? and if not can this be fixed and how?

Since its off the car get it fixed. Being it a LT1 heads, they got enough leaks to contend with.

They have to weld it with the correct welding setup, most machine shops should have this. They also need to resurface that gasket face with a mill, any machine shop should have that.
