Lt1 Elbow
ok i put in a electric water pump on my 95 z28 and i needed the elbow without the silencer so i ordered the trick flow air inlet elbow and it came with the whole for the air intake tempature sensor but i also have a hose with a plastic tip that goes in the top of the stock elbow but theres no hole on the new elbow for it is this neccesary or can i just leave it out???? i cant find anywhere of wat it even is and i know it not on the 94 z28???

OK wow, grammar dude!
Assuming I understand you right, we went through the same thing. The air temp for ours, is push in, the hole on the Alu elbow, is screw in. What I had to do was cut off the 2 plastic rings around the stock sensor, and then sand it down a little. Then I was able to just push it into the threaded hole. Works fine. Since you have MAF, you might want to just put a little RTV around it to keep it air tight.

The hose with the plastic tip is the vent for the opti...It draws a vacuum in the opti to keep the moisture down...You have to drill a little hole elbow, insert a small, rubber grommet, and insert the plastic hose end..There should've been instructions included detailing how to do this...
