Exclamation hello cam question

question iam a 19teen year old kid with a 94 z custom tune free mods and iam wanting to add a cam iam also a new driver so what cam is best for me as a first timer any help would be nice

Take a second and read a little more. You're new so I'll help ya out.

Upgrade all your bolt ons before a cam. This includes but is not limited to:
lower control arms and relocation brackets
gears
higher stall converter/clutch
1.6 RR and new valvetrain
electric waterpump
headers and full exhaust
another custom tune (who did yours btw?)
better opti is also a great idea

Basically, just throwing a cam in won't make your car nearly as enjoyable as doing it right with all the supporting mods first.

^^^ . couldnt of been said better. I would be carefull with a e-waterpump though. especially is this is going to be a DD.

scott racing and proformince did the tune i have the lca i was going to try and get a cam kit like the lt4 hot cam iam about to get the loudmouth 1 iam getting the water pump iam trying to find a converter iam also on a low buget

Your gonna hear some goods things about the 503 cam. I would do that cam if I was in your shoes.

agree. lt4 hot cam does not give a good hp gain
