Car wont start!

Car wont start! I just got done installing a set of port and polished heads, a cc306 cam, and comp cam vlave train. I tried starting the car today and all it would do i turn over slowly, im charging the battery right now but i was wondering what the car should act like the first time it starts with a newly installed cam??? Thanks for the help!

Mine started like it had been waiting anxiously for me to turn it over! Started right up, idle was high just for a while just like a cold start up. Good Luck.
