i went to the denton 1/8th mile last night ...and lined up beside an 02 camero ss i think it was like a 25 or what ever edition it is...or what ever year they made it...but yea....well didnt do a burn out...im on street tires....just spun a lil to get water off.....so we staged and light went 3 yellow and i go for it.....sliped the clutch a lil so i wouldt spin and well the car just literally shot off the line....i pulled half a car just of the line on the ls1 and by second gear i was a full car...then i think when he hit2nd he pulled on my pretty hard but the guy just coult drive each of his shifts were WAY long....but yea...well on my way to 3rd gear i get excited and miss it COMPLETLY well i **** a lil bit and crame it back in 3rd and still win with like a 9.6 speed 73 mph, reaction .8 (HORRIABLE) and a 60 ft of 2.3 ....next run he said he spun off the line and missed 2nd....so we went again needless to say same thing happend expect i hit third and pulled my best run of the night....i had a 9.13 at 83 mph reaction of .4019 and a 60 of 2.2....so i was pretty stoked...and my car is all stock .......beside flowmaster muffler.... haha...but i was rather thrilled...but the night was all fun and wining....i got wasted bya an 04 cobra...wich is kewl....but then i was kinda mad....got bit by my friend 4.6 stang....wich has upper and lower plentum, short throw, and full exhaust but i was pulling him so hard when i grabed 2nd...i wanted to race him again...cuz i spun off the line HARD....but he didnt want to ... seing as how i bet him on a higway run from 30 to 140....kinda scary in the ol lt1....
