Edelbrock's new manifold was designed with a distributor boss....

Or with the old style AND LT style manifold bolt holes.

And with a quick way of converting the necessary cooling passages.

It would make it a more sellable piece.

Has anyone noticed if they moved the plenum area backwards and made the installation of a 7 pin hei distributor impossible?
