It's the heater "outlet" hose. Trace it to one of the two hoses coming out of the firewall right next to the HVAC "box".

so when i call the auto parts store, i ask for a heater hose outlet? does anyone have a picture of the heater hose outlet? i see that it looks like a 3 piece part..hose that comes from firwall next to hvac connected to..aluminum connector connected to... another hose that connects to water pump (lower left side of pump, if youre looking at it from the front of the engine)

You didn't specify what year your car is, but here're the heater hose diagrams for all years of F-bodies. If the part of the hose that's leaking is the one labeled "#12," then the part number for it is 10188037 .

How bad is it leaking? Just cut a couple of inches off of it and put a good clamp on it..

Default same prob kinda

can I order just the valve number 13 and how does it connect to those to lines because it looks like it is pressure crimpt on there...... OR can I just put a straight connector there and just connect them together without the valve?

It's just a restrictor, to slow down the flow of coolant and reduce the noise of the water flow through the heater core.

Feel free to remove it, and just splice the two ends together with a barb and clamps. You'll never know it was gone.

You'll need some type've barb coupling to join the two hoses together, but yes, that'll work. If you're good with a Dremel or a die grinder, you can cut through the aluminum flow restrictor and then carefully slice the crimped parts longways and just peel the crimps off, keeping the full length of the hose intact.

#13 will work as a coupling right? hose + #13 + hose right? with the 2 clamps, one on each side of #13?

Obviously it'll work as a coupling, , I just can't guarantee whether it'll work with worm clamps. Why don't you try it and tell us what you find out?
