i have had both on the same motor. LT4 hot cam cold air and mid length headers, and not cat the flowmaster popped A LOT when u revved it and under WOT i got my Brola used so i made my own plates and the one i found that sounds the best was four holes about the size of a pencil. it sounds really good with no pop but when u are driving and romp down on it it really sounds mean. but on the dyno if i took the plate out it added 10 more horses. if i had to do it again i would get borla over flow. but i really LOVE the sound of true duals. X pipe with bullets dumped sounds so freakin awesome!!!

I'm going with GMMG, no doubt. Gotta start on getting the money for it. Anyone needs LT1 parts?

I dumped my flowmaster/cutout setup for a dynomax bullet.

I did like how the flowmaster sounded though, and the piping is still great so it was worth it for me I guess.

Neither, do true-duals and be done with it, I had Borla, loved it, but honestly hated it after longtubes, sounded like a pansy ls1...so I put a cam in the car, liked the Borla again, after blowing that engine then stroking it the Borla sounded really really good but nothing like true-duals, no comparision really.

I have sound clips of before and after 550+rwhp N/A with Borla and on true-duals, if you're interested in hearing either shoot me a pm.
