LT1 block questions

LT1 block questions I have a couple of questions. First, is the LT1 block basically just a one piece seal block? if not then what are the differences? Also I have a 4l60 in my 93 right? not a 4l60e? So I can use a converter for a 700r4?

As pointed out above. The LT1's front is totally different fron a Gen I block. But there are some very slight differences in the Cranks. I have a LT1 crank and a crank from my 90 Blazer. The snouts are different. Same diameter but the LT1 is a little longer.
