Fuel Mileage??????

i recently bought a LT1 with a T56 and am putting it into my 85 iroc. was told these engines usually get 20-25 mpg will minimal boltons. i plan on having around 400hp, so i was wondering what you guys get for mileage to give me an idea.... i don't really get on the throttle unless i'm at the track btw.

should be decent u get the 6 speed so it will be fine

you should be around 16-18 with the hp you want, but that is really driving like a grandma.

I get about 21 with mixed driving some highway some street, if its all highway and its wide open with no smokeys then I go about 85 mph and get about 28-30 mpg
