Air pump can go so just take the bracket and everything off. There is an EGR pipe on the pass side exhaust manifold that runs to the back of the intake manifold so that needs to be plugged. Air pump is on the driver side of the engine, just behind your air intake and the ABS modulator and you'll see it. You'll need something like this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CHEVY...09454579QQrdZ1 for the EGR delete. It will get the pipe and the valve on the back of the manifold.

There's nothing to plug if you have non emissions headers! You put the headers on, throw the AIR pump away and you're done!

Block the EGR in the back of the Intake, cut off the Cross-over Tube for the Air System, and cap off the little hole on the Intake. If you want to get rid of the EGR, you have to cap off the little spot on the Intake where it used to conect to.

Oh yeah forgot about that thing. I have SLP Ultra Z ram air and I used a bolt into the hole since it had a grommet in it.

Air pump studs are on an aluminum bracket, unbolt the whole bracket from the motor.

Dont forget to Completely remove and block off the EGR stuff. Back of the manifold, two parts, a valve and a tube. Remove and install block off plates.

Another trick with those headers is to join the #1 primary (its two pieces) with some high temp copper exhaust rtv and a t-bolt clamp. If not it will eventually leak.

Won't make a bit of difference. Might get a SES light though.

I had a serious time trying to solder O2 wires. I'm not much help there but know you might have some trouble. I could not get the solder to stick. I forgot which kind I was using though. You're going to have 4 wires on each sensor.
