I'd guess it was a little loose! I have heard of companies hitting under on the stall speed but never over!

Yep WAAAAY over... We'll see what happens when I get it back. Still went 6.67 @104 in the 1/8 that way

Is the higher stall speed for the blower to build boost?

yep, try 9psi @ 4000rpm on the 2step (since it wouldnt stop there on its own)

Maybe... The blower's still driven by engine rpm's, so there's a limit to psi for a certain rpm. But there would be more load on the motor when standing it straight against the converter, so it should pick up some psi.
