o2 sensor help

i'm trying to replace my o2 sensors. the first one is on there really tight and i ended up breaking the o2 sensor off. all thats left is the nut. any advice on where to from here?

soak in some wd-40 anf let it sit a while then it sholud come out. thats how i did mine

Get it cherry red with oxy acetylene and it will come out like butter.
