MTI sucks 
I did a MUCH smaller ZZ3 cam at 208/221 before I did the stall and gears, drove fine but I gained nothing or very near it at the track till I gave it a stall. A cam the size of the 503 might drive OK with GOOD tuning but you wont go faster at the strip till you properly support it.
On the stall I like Edge, those who have tried multiple brands say Yank can drive a little better for a given stall. Vig is good too but would be my third choice. Edge is my top choice based on a very good balance of price and performance, would go Yank if money were no object.

If you look around, you can catch deals. I picked up my Yank for $425, had 9k miles on it. They new are around $700.
The guy that Tunes mine is practically up the Street, so I hope we can play with it and get some kind of adjustment out of it. You would think that is how it kinda works in the Tranny..
