RPM's surge when cold start
RPM's surge when cold start When starting car after it has been sitting for a while the rpms jump up to 1500 and the check engine light comes on. When i put it in gear it doesnt show me how fast i am going. After a little while the RPM's drop, the check engine light goes off, and it starts showing me how fast i am going. Also When you try and put the code key in and turn the key to the on position it will not flash any codes, it just stays steady. When you remove the code key and turn the key back to the on position it still responds like the code key is it. Any suggestions or comments?
I am also having a problem with my fuel pump kicking on. I have replaced the PCM, fuel pump, and the fuel pump relay but it will still not kick on when i turn on the car. Cannot figure it out at all. When i just the relay it works but it doesnt not kick off after the engine is fully primed.

And all other New sensors- the IAC and the map sensor
