question on my trans
question on my trans right now im running a 700r4 trans in my 93 bird and was wondering if that would work with my setup i really dont want to go into detail about it but all you have to know is its not a stock 350 would that trans slow me down or what thanks

No it won't slow you down after you get it built up. Get more clutch packs, corvette servo, etc etc.

You're certainly not giving us much to go on about how much hp/tq you are running, but the 700R4 and 4L60Es are very capable transmissions when built by the right people/companies...I'm on my 3rd year of beating the crap out of my 4L60E and everytime we service it the pan is clean...There are folks in the 9s with them, just beware of builders who have no idea what they are doing...
