Get front end on jackstands
Remove air intake (don't forget about the IAT)
Remove serpentine belt
Remove Tensioner (Not absolutely necessary, I find it easier with more working room)
Drain Radiator
Remove water pump hoses (be prepared for block and residual coolant)
Remove cooling fans
Remove water pump
Shouldn't be more than a 2 1/2 - 3 hour job start to finish.
