ported and polished TB?
If considering a 52mm then just get a rebored stocker, far less cost and hassle than an aftermarket. Only deal with the aftermarket hassles if going to a 58mm at which point the intake needs to be opened up to accept it.
With the auto a bigger TB will require some combination of shift kit and or reprogramming since the shift firmness is scaled off of TPS and with a bigger TB you get more air for the same TPS position. Tranny needs more line pressure to cope with the extra part throttle power.
