Throwin codes My car is throwing the following codes:
1) p0400 (egr flow malfunction)
2) p0430 (catalist efficiency below threshold [bank 2])
My first instinct tells me to replace the O2 sensors. i guess i will just replace all of them...... I think the 97 has 2 cats, so there would be an O2 before and aft of each cat right? Im also thinking about replacing the egr valve right away. I just want to get her back to tip top.
If anyone else has had this problem, or better ideas, they are most welcome.
