Thanks Taner! Good luck to you as well.

I had the chute installed a few months ago because I expect to hit over 150+ which require a chute. The sissy bars I had installed this week. Dont worry.....the sissy bars will be taken off soon.

Well you have fun dialing in your new setup without sissy bars. I will laugh when you drag your bumper and have to replace your oil pan and headers two or three times!

travel limiters baby!!!!!! gonna try and settle the suspension to have it take all i can dish without going straight up......

If I can't do it, then i'll join the wheelie bar crowd...... but only after I do at least ONE wheelstand...... recorded for video enjoyment later of course....

BTW, that's a sweet shovel you have in your garage...

Yep....just had to get that shovel!

I just installed the Madman travel limiters as well. They should do the job and I hope I never need the sissy bars. Guess I will be finding out soon.

Tony,

thanks! we'll see how it goes tomorrow for starters.

i don't doubt you'll be able to get it all sorted it out, and not need them! and i was taking a poke at ya. i agree, bars are much cheaper than headers and an oil pan, and shocks and etc....

Outlaw,

i enjoy watching wheelstands but my wallet isn't that fat, a very costly venture. money aside how much more time will you be down while it all gets fixed. my first gear is fairly short, and tire spin works in my favour when i launch her. and i have homemade limiters on the car. with the car jack offof the ground the front wheels only drop about an inch.
