EGR on Jet hots

Alright, I have read now experinced the stock manifold fitting that doesnt work with jet hot EGR fitting on the header.

How do you guys get this to work? I am looking at getting a fitting that threads into the header, than brasing the old fitting with the new fine threaded fitting.....
Help please... how do you do this? whats the best way?

A buddy of mine found me some fittings that were double-sided thread that were the same thread as the valve you're trying to connect to.

Does anyone know the exact size of the fitting that would screaw into the header?

I just searched all the stores in my town and didn't find anything that i could use for that fine threaded egr fitting. Someone help please, I would be willing to pay someone if they could find me what im looking for.
Or is there another route i can take?

What year had the bigger AIR fittings? Can i go to a dealer ship and order it? the female fitting on the headers are 22 and my fitting is 18 it is to small
