for a lt and ory car, whats the best plan?

If you got them cheap, I guess run them, but if you know how, or have someone who can, it's better to just have the rear one programed out.

Since you don't have a sig listing your mods, it's hard to say what the best route is. Iron's already spent money (or at least has) a tune for his, which is why I said if he was able to. You, don't know. Could be a same situation. Yet if you have a bunch of mods, and haven't gotten a tune yet, that'd be your best bet. The stock tune and system is pretty resilient, but it still has a bunch of potential, even with a stock motor. If you planned on doing a few bolt ons, I'd say wait till you're done before you have a tune job done.

Also, if you're keeping your cat, then you're keeping your third O2, and there's no real reason to get a sim.
