Stock throttle bore diameter is 52mm. You'd be taking 3mm off the circumference to total 58mm's. As you can see in the chart, 3mm=.118 thousandths.

I think it was me and Sound, who figured a small engine cylinder hone would work really well for that porting job, to give a nice round-non dremel look. (if it wasn't you Sound, my bad heh)
I haven't the money to get a hone yet and port mine, but if you do plan to do this Ronnie, you should give it a try. Just make sure to use honing lubricant so the stones don't clog.
