well im goana make a long story short, suposively bryan got new managment and i dont know if they like having returning customers or not

i sent him a pcm for a idle tune and shift points thats it(already had a dyno tune done)
...bryan says 75 bux plus shipping, so i give him my credit card ect, well i get a 287 dollar charge...250 dollar tune plus 37 bux for shipping!!!!

after i talk to bryan and gets it reduced to 125 plus 37 for shipping, reduculous!!!

so i send him a retune about a month later (now) to get 3 degrees timing pulled for my second stage, he says ill do it for the cost of shipping...well i send him my creditcard info again, sure enough i get a 87 dollar charge...50 dollar retune and 37 im guessing for shipping again...bryan tells me hell try to get me back 30 bux...

fuc**** rediculous, im geting back to madz28, bryan has taken care of me and im truely sorry that he has new managment doing this because i had 3 other computers to get runed in the next month or so that now wont be going to him!

DAMN!!

I know I purchased mine way back when...when the free lifetime updates were available. I'm wandering if he's still honoring that. Besides, I bought both his and Ion's just to compare. They were almost even on the dyno and the track.

Anyone else have any info on this cause I'm getting ready to do a 383 swap and will need a re-tune.

I had free retune back in the day but I havent had a need of him in 2 years since the car was actually dyno tuned. He had my adjustment for the over all fuel correction really high and lead to a HOST of issues. I wasnt happy.

If you are having problems with the charges and stuff, if you have proof of the "quote" your card should be cool about taking the charges off. At least mine is.

Send it to your credit card company. Just tell them what Bryan quoted you and what you were charged. They'll fix it.
