noise question
noise question does a stall make metal clanging noises if it goes bad? i have the noise under the car got under there (while my broher kept it running because as soon as you let off the gas it stall out) cant tell if its in the oil pan or torque converter(2400 stall). its really loud bu when i but my hand on it the oil pan i dont feel nothing. and ideas which it might be? motor and everyhing sounded fine last night and this morning until i went out driving and now when i stop the motor stalls out like the stall isnt working. oil pressure is good and it revs smoothly but at higher rpms the noise gets louder which it would in either instance. any ideas or thought?
