Default Question about T56 Swap

My buddy asked me this question and I need your help:

If I have a v6 car with a T5 tranny and want to swap to a T56, will the T5 clutch ,master cylinder (Reservior and line) be the same as on V8 cars? I know that the Slave cylinder that hooks on the T56 bellhousing is different, but all the rest are the same? Or V8 cars have a whole different clutch setup all together?

clutch is not the same. if the slave cylinder is different the master probably is too.

Bell Housing is totally different, I am willing to bet that the Imput Shaft is a different length also..

Well, thanks guys for your comments, but I'm asking about the clutch slave line and you're talking about an input shaft and a clutch set. Let me ask it again:

THE LINE FROM THE RESERVIOR DOWN TO THE METAL PIECE THAT HOOHS TO THE CLUTCH PEDAL ALL THE WAY DOWN TO WHERE THE LINE HOOKS TO THE SLAVE CYLINDER, is it the same as on V8? I know the slave cylinder itself isn't, but I'm asking about the line.

you never mentioned the line in your original post, are we supposed to read your mind?

more than likely the hydraulic line you can reuse even if the cylinders are different

I am 99% sure they use the same master cylinder. I looked it up at work before (Advance) and it was the same part number V6 or V8.
