Default Multiple Problems Inside

Car: 1994 Camaro Z28

#1)Is there a way to check the actual RAP module itself to tell wether it's good or not?
The radio stays on all the time and never goes off and want to test the module to see if it's good or not.

#2)My cooling fans are not coming on. I have grounded the ports on my diagnostic port and the fans kick on. I have grounded the H and J terminals on the C100 plug and both fans operate as well. From what shoebox says and his site that means wiring and relays are good.

So now what could be left to fix this issue? I would assume the temp sensor in the waterpump?

#3)The idle is around 1500rpm at some points and alittle higher. At times it will come down to 1000 then I have even hit around 900 but it doesn't do it everytime. I have read some other posts that the temp sensor as well could cause an off idle. I am also looking for vaccum leaks as well. Any ideas?

#4) Does not have the a/c pressure sensor cause any major issues? I don't have one that fits. I got one from a member awhile back but it doesn't fit and it's a 2 prong vs. a 3 prong that mine has.

Thanks,
Mike

Installed a new Temp Sensor on the front of the water pump and still no fans.

When I took out the old sensor water came out so water is getting to the sensor.
