Default 11 mpg city?

Mods in sig: I get only 11mpg city. I've seen guys putting down 400+rwhp getting close to 20mpg city. I'm only at 375rwhp max. Any ideas?

11 mph? man thats crawling on the highway! do cyclists pass you?

On a serious note- does your car go into overdrive? That mpg is really shitty, even for your mods.

I had that problem in one of my Buicks a while ago, make sure the converter is locking up over 45 mph or so. WHen your on the highway, tap the brake while your on the gas and see if the rpms jump for a second. If not, the converter isnt locking. Most likely a TCC, no big deal. Other than than, theres really not much that can cause that bad of mileage. WHats your city mpg?>

damnit! I totally f'ed up this thread. I meant to say 11MPG CITY, not hwy. I probably get 18 or 19mpg hwy. Anyway, does 11mpg city still seem low?
