Default Opti Options

Anybody ever bought a reman Opti from Autozone, Oreilly's, or NAPA? Any issues with one? It's for a LT1 out of a 97 Formula, I don't race (just an enthusiest) and I am on a Graduate Assistant Stipend so I'm poor. Let me know what you think. Thanks in advance.

I bought a GM cap/rotor from Orielly and had no issues. It's a brand new complete opti now, till I ditch it for the msd crab style and crank trigger setup.

I have an original GM ACDelco Optispark out of my '97 WS6 that has 10,000 original miles on it and works perfectly for a cheap price if your interested.

Yeah reman optis are junk. Ask me how I know. I think the cap and rotor isn't the problem. I was able to buy a Borg Warner cap and rotor from a parts store once--they make high quality OEM parts. However, I also bought a remanufactured optical and it was the junky part.

Default All Ignition on eBay

If you can wait a few days for delivery, a company called All Ignition on eBay has them cheap and they supposedly are new AC/Delco.
