Will a 2000 T/A radiator fit a 97 LT1 T/A?

Nope..not enough ports on it, and the Radiatior is actually thinner..

You could probably make it work but sometimes getting the right part is much easier.

LS1 Rad doesn't have the lower left port like the LT1 does.
