Default what wrong with this engine

found a lt1 engine out of a 94 trans am for 200 was thinkin about buyin it but from the look of the pic it seems its a pos he didnt even list the miles.

Wow.... thats about all there is to say lol. I guess if you could find out how good that block is it might be worth it seeing as the heads look decent. but that would be all that you would be buying is the block and stock heads. IMO.

i sent him a message as soon as i saw it. and when i say wats wrong i mean like from the pic would u think anything was wrong with it. he says the block and heads are good but the engine is rusty as hell but i hear you can put some **** on it to take the rust away.

Sheesh, I'd tell him $100 just to do him the favor of removing the junk from his garage. Do this with a friends email or something though since he has yours. I wouldn't tell him under this new guise that you own a Firebird, or even planned to do anything with the motor other than scrap metal heh.

You will definatley have to clean it inside and out..seeing as how the Fuel Injectors have melted..
I have seen a few Auto Fires..a couple of nice Corvette ones, you would be suprised how fast that stuff melts..
